DocuSign, the digital signature software company, has raised $85 million in a new round of funding that values the company at about $1.6 billion, according to a report in The Wall Street Journal. The round brings DocuSign’s total capital raised to $210 million. The company is frequently the target of buyout speculation, but has in the last year expressed interest in going public.
