For months, Carl Icahn has been pushing Apple CEO Tim Cook to use the company’s $158 billion war chest to buy back company shares, and hopefully substantially boost its stock price.

But not every Apple shareholder agrees with that strategy, and at least one big one doesn’t appreciate Icahn’s activism.

I don't want them to. I would much more prefer if they would up their acquisitions and R&D. They need to beef up Siri to stay in the game with Google (Google Now) and Yahoo (who just purchased Cue) in the personal assistant game. I personally would love to see them buy SwiftKey (incredibly good word prediction algorithm) and Nuance (owns a good portion of the text to speech patents among other things).

 Although, considering my number of shares is single digit I doubt anyone cares what I think. :)
